I like the easy of use of this tool. It's like having the best of Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets all in one place. You can customize almost everything! And it has great integrations with third party applications... Coda provided more addons.

For me it would be [appealing to have a native Mac app]... having its own keyboard shortcuts... how it organizes into my workflow. cmd + tab switches apps while cmd + ` switches windows of an app. it would help me know where it is and how to get there quicker compared to in a browser.

For my 2 person biz, we use it for our central hub for projects, sales pipelines, and Swipe file. We also provide our clients with their own project doc/dashboard, which syncs to our primary doc for projects. We manage our Ledger and distributions from Coda as well. CRM..also in Coda. Anything that is reasonable is in Coda... nothing gives me as much freedom, flexibility, and overall utility as Coda.
