Zight is a fantastic app that I find easy to use. On my Mac, it took a little time to figure out how to stop the recording, but once I did, everything else was simple. It's incredibly fast to finish recording and get a link to share. This makes it perfect for quick sharing and communication. I was searching for an alternative to Loom and found Zight to be the best option.

For awhile now the biggest issue is that even though I leave this app always running, it's never there when I need it. It's silently failed & disappeared. So I restart it. And very often I also have to re-login.

I'm a huge fan of CloudApp. Been using them for the last 6 months... what ended up being hugely helpful in my day to day support workflow was being able to answer our customers questions with a quick custom [video/screenshot].

I use Zight because it is so much easier to show my colleagues and clients what I am talking about than trying to use native Mac screenshots. It makes downloading the images quite easy and I've downloaded it on my other devices too because I've become so accustomed to it.
