Overall the app and the service are good. They work well together and the service seems pretty good. However, the app has huge flaws. You can select favourite countries for server sites. You'd think that the app would direct to one of those countries as the default at startup. Alas, this is not the case. The app appears to want to exercise it's own agenda.

This App is challenging to use. VPN cannot be connected from the menu bar item. The user can only connect from either launching the app or going into Network in System Preferences and connecting from there. Adding a desired server locator or address to the default list is almost an impossible task. The app also acts like 'big brother' with constant annoying messages to change your password at various intervals with no way to turn them off, other than to change your password even if you do not wish to do so.
