Have been using Morgen since the early pandemic days... Both me and my partner have been using it for over 3 years and would recommend it to anyone. Was looking for an aesthetic, clean calendar app that could link in all my diff accounts - and this fills right that gap! Sort of an elevated Apple calendar app. Simple yet super neat.

Great tool to schedule all Notion Tasks. I use it to schedule All my Notion tasks into my Apple Calendar. And therefore if find it very useful. The only thing I could wish for is that they could make it possible to schedule notion tasks in the Morgen app. No I need to add a tasks in Notion and after that I could schedule it in Morgen.

The best multi-platform, multi-provider time management app I could find... Morgen is the single app that allows me to stay (mostly) sane. The feature set is vast and covers most of the use cases that are relevant to me... I only have a few minor gripes (e.g. sync could be a bit faster, especially on mobile), but overall I am extremely happy with this product.

I can sync my home Apple iCloud Calendar and my work Google Calendars beautifully and Morgen can look at both calendars and manage my availability. I cancelled my Calendly sub because Morgen creates booking pages easily and I can see my team's availability in the calendar which with Calendly was not easy. The integration with Linear is amazing...

When evaluating Morgen, we thought the user experience was quite swift, the the desktop app is intuitive and there was a minimal learning curve. The app works precisely as you'd expect.

Detailed Review

Morgen is a cross-platform daily planning application available on macOS, Windows, and Linux, as well as iOS and Android. It distinguishes itself by integrating calendar management, task management, and meeting scheduling into a single application. Morgen is designed to unify various calendar accounts (Google, Outlook, iCloud, etc.) and task management tools (Todoist, Notion, ClickUp, Linear) allowing users to manage their time and tasks from one central hub. It aims to streamline workflows and enhance productivity, particularly for professionals juggling multiple calendars and tasks.

Standout Features

  • Unified Calendar: Integrates multiple calendar accounts into a single view, supporting various providers.
  • Task Management: Built-in task manager and integration with popular task management apps, enabling users to schedule tasks directly in their calendar.
  • AI Planner: Offers AI-powered recommendations for daily planning, helping prioritize tasks and manage schedules efficiently.
  • Meeting Scheduler: Includes features for creating scheduling links and booking pages, similar to Calendly, to simplify meeting arrangements.
  • Cross-Platform Availability: Consistent experience across macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Virtual Meeting Integration: Quick Join feature to easily jump into virtual meetings.

Conclusion

Morgen is a robust productivity tool for Mac users who need to manage multiple calendars and tasks efficiently. Its strength lies in its unified approach, bringing together scheduling, task management, and AI-powered planning. While the basic plan is free, users will likely find the paid subscription necessary to unlock the full potential of integrations and advanced features, including mobile app access beyond basic functionality. For users deeply invested in time-blocking and seeking a comprehensive solution to manage their day across different platforms and accounts, Morgen presents a compelling option. However, users with simpler needs or those sensitive to subscription costs may find free alternatives like Google Calendar or Notion Calendar sufficient.
