GIMP is a robust image editing tool comparable to the likes of Photoshop... Full set of features for all the image manipulation I've ever needed... Some things are not as intuitive as I'd like, but it is a complex program with a lot of features, therefore it takes some time to learn where everything is and how to get things done, workflows, etc.
